Good to know
Common questions, clear answers.
Built from the questions homeowners ask local property-care companies before requesting service.
Do you offer recurring lawn service?+
Yes. Tell us what you need and we’ll recommend a practical schedule for your property and the growing season.
Can I request a one-time cleanup?+
Absolutely. Spring, fall, overgrown-property, and one-time cleanup projects are welcome, subject to availability.
What happens when rain is in the forecast?+
Wet turf can rut, compact, and cut poorly. If conditions are unsuitable, W.G will adjust the visit and communicate the new timing.
Do you bag or mulch grass clippings?+
The right approach depends on growth and conditions. Light clippings can often be returned to the lawn; heavy growth may need collection. Confirm your preference during the estimate.
Can you work around pets, gates, and play equipment?+
Yes. Share access instructions and anything we should know about pets, locked gates, invisible fencing, or play areas before service.
When should spring and fall cleanups be scheduled?+
Spring work typically begins once the ground is workable and turf is no longer saturated. Fall timing depends on leaf drop and whether you prefer one visit or staged cleanups.
What areas do you serve?+
W.G is based in Stony Point and serves communities throughout Rockland County plus selected Northern Bergen County communities near the New York border.
How do estimates work?+
Send your service, location, and phone number. We’ll follow up by your preferred method to clarify the scope and arrange an estimate.
